The minor league is for boys and girls completing 3rd and 4th grade (9 and 10 years old).  

In this league players pitch rather than using the pitching machine.

All players will be placed on a team after evaluations, with a goal to keep teams as equal as possible.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All players bat.
• There should be 10 players on defense (4 outfielders).
• Stealing is allowed 2nd and 3rd, not home.  
• Runners must not leave until the ball crosses the plate - no leading off.
• Pitchers must not pitch more than 6 rolling innings.  Example:  three games in a week, one pitcher can throw 3, 3, 3 or 6, 0, 6.  Once a pitcher starts an inning or enters any time it counts as one inning.
• Substitutions can be made when ever, but the batting order must stay the same throughout the game (all players bat).
• No inning can start after 6:40 pm for the early game and the late game must end at 10 pm.
• Make sure the dugout is clean after the game, including emptying the garbage out of the dugout.
• After the game, please rake and drag the bases, home plate and field.
